From February 28 till March 1 the XIIth Interregional Festival-Competition of Orchestras and Ensembles has been held in Aldan/ the festival is dedicated to the First Great Russian Orchestra named after V Andreev, in the frames of “Balalaika – Soul of Russia” Russian National Action under the patronage of Yakutia’s Music Professionals Union.
President of jury – the 1st balalaika in the world, laureate of Interregional competitions, Professor of Gnesins Russian Music Academy Andrey Gorbachev (Moscow). The musician performed with accompanied by the State Concert Orchestra of Yakutia.
